Charlene hopes to support the team at RRSG with her experience in safeguarding, mental health, and wellbeing. She currently works as part of the Leadership Team in a secondary school as Head of Wellbeing. Her previous experience has included clinical and community settings, always in supporting the needs of children, adolescents, or adults in times of need or crisis. Her academic studies have included Psychology, and more specifically Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Charlene is passionate about supporting people in times of need, but also in helping front line staff deliver this support, as their own wellbeing is crucial to the work they deliver. In her spare time Charlene takes commissions for oil paintings of people's pets, mostly dogs, but this has expanded to include other animals such as horses.
